You are no longer able to get legal aid or public funding for most personal injury cases. However, there is plenty of government aided advice and help so you can know your rights before you claim online. You can can get legal aid for injuries caused by:

  • a medical accident;
  • deliberate harm, such as child abuse; or
  • an assault by the police
